Please read this SaaS Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the services offered by Mission Control Ventures, LLC dba LoanScout ("LoanScout").

By continuing to use the services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services.

‍License to Data:
‍Subject to the terms of this Agreement, LoanScout grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the data provided by LoanScout in connection with the services.

‍Accuracy of Data:
‍You understand and agree that the data provided by LoanScout may not be accurate, complete, or current. LoanScout does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.

‍Liability Limitation:
‍To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanScout shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services or the data, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if LoanScout has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, LoanScout's total liability shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to LoanScout during the preceding one month.

‍Restrictions on Use:
‍You agree that you will not sell, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise exploit the data provided by LoanScout, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. You further agree that you will use the data only for its intended purpose and not for any other purpose.

‍Governing Law:
‍This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.By accessing LoanScout and continuing to use its services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
